This is very similar to the quote regarding being one with the ten thousand things. Looking within, and looking without, it is the same. Zooming in and zooming out, we see phenomena, chaos becomes ordered and mathematical, math becomes chaos. It is the same, it is not two different things, it is more like two sides to the same thing.

Do not stare, do not give them a creepy stalker smile, just a nice, brief, pleasant, natural smile, and even if they don’t smile back, they will remember. They will likely be in a better mood, smile at others, and it will affect a great many people.
We can learn to listen to our bodies, which will help our minds, and vice versa. What we do to one thing affects another. This is why our lives all matter, as what we do in life affects others, no matter if we understand that or not.
We can all learn something from that. Knowing that we will all die, we should not focus on that. We should accept death as inevitable, and focus on living, here and now.
