These Truths are self evident. These four noble truths.
Yet I am NOT at ease, at this moment, with the idea of ‘filling my mind with emptiness’ as the Page Logo advises. Yet I am hypocritical too, for at other times my ultimate redeeming instinct, so it often seems, when I encounter an apparently unsurmountable problem, is to do just that: To ‘Fill my mind with Emptiness’ and thus finding peace can move on, later, with hopefully a positive outcome. Hence the old stereotypical Zen adage of ‘Be Here Now’ in the Alan Watts and Ram Das tradition, whilst tending to sound elitist, in a post hippy world, in retrospect is still a basic truth.
