Let us detach ourselves and be willing to accept that we may not know everything. Let us think this way about everything. Everything.
Rather than fight fire with fire, use water. When treated unintelligently by someone else, let’s say by rude or childish insults, we should respond intelligently, let’s say by not responding with similarly childish insults. There is profound wisdom in seemingly mundane tasks, and that there is pure joy in being fully involved with each and every thing you do every day.
We must sit and be mindful of our mind, of our thoughts. Think about our bodies, our minds, our thoughts, and our actions. When we can master all of these things it can be very powerful.
