What it makes us think about, however, is that any journey or task, no matter how long or difficult, is completed one step at a time and starts as any other journey or task starts.
Live and be mindful of every moment. It’s that simple. This is Buddha-mind. Screw multi-tasking, it’s not effective.
When we are truly in each moment, with no expectations or attachments, we are enlightened, we are awakened, if even for a moment.
When we seek the truth, or when we look for “the way”, it becomes harder to find it. It’s almost like trying too hard for something, when instead we must “try easier”. When we let go of our strong opinions and preconceptions, our stereotypes or our notions, the truth will become apparent.
